In their research project “What Is the Ideal Time to Start School to Ensure Students Get Enough Sleep?”, the students from Ålesund Upper Secondary School explores the issue of Norwegian upper secondary students’ insufficient amounts of sleep. The students confirm findings from existing research on the topic, indicating that delaying the start of the school day by 30–60 minutes is beneficial to the students’ amount of sleep.
